  • We’ll start by understanding your charity’s unique needs, values and goals through in-depth discovery sessions. A draft proposition is developed with my recommended priorities

  • Expert advice in crafting a clear proposition that will then be used to communicate your purpose and value externally and internally across your partnership plan

  • Development of customised strategies to identify and engage with the right partners, aligning interests and maximising benefits. This could be project based or relate to themes

  • Planning and coordinating partnership activities with objectives, timelines to break down activity into manageable chunks. This is planned realistically in line with your available resources

  • Fundraising Support

    Guidance and advice on fundraising efforts and partnership initiatives to match your goals

    Volunteer Management

    I will help you with the coordination, and management of corporate volunteers to enhance your services and fundraising activities

  • Guidance and practical support reporting on partnership outcomes to evidence the social impact and value created with your partners. This is aligned to the employee engagement and corporate social responsibility objectives of your partner
